SUPPLEMENTS/VITAMINS

Although I eat healthy; consuming fruits, veggies, grains, the good fats, fiber and protein. I do take a multi vitamin- mineral supplement labeled " Men's 50 Plus" not to be confused with the "Men's" label I also see on the counters! Most vitamin and mineral supplements addressing different age groups among men and women, there is even one specializing in teenagers, contents are very similar! The supplements addressing men are similar but will possibly contain zinc for the prostate and lycopene for the heart. Whereas a women's supplement may contain more calcium! I also take one capsule that contains krill oil for my omega's 3's and another capsule that is a C Q10 supplement for my heart.
