Please understand: When I blog about joint pain or pain in general I do so realizing there are millions and millions of people in this world suffering from major debilitating pain. My pain is more discomfort, I am still able to go to the gym and do things that many people cannot do, on a 1-10 scale with 10 being the highest degree of pain, I have never been there!

I had an appt today with a joint and spine center to help me deal with my discomfort. X-Rays were taken of my knee, thumb, wrist, lower back, elbow, and shoulder. Next Thursday I meet with DO's, DC's and PA's to determine my next course of action.
