I don't recall what compelled me to post about boron. Maybe a TV ad regarding how to boost your T level.  But I feel it may be important to mention this element. It is required in trace amounts, 1-3 mg/day by our body for the absorption of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. It also increases bone strength which is excellent for baby boomers and the elderly. It also increases muscle and maybe this is where I read/heard about boron. Maybe it is a key ingredient in products that increase strength and T levels. All such products should be reviewed by your physician. My multi vitamin-mineral supplement does not contain boron. It can be found in raisins, nuts and legumes. All of which I consume.
