#DIABETES2

Type 2 Diabetes is an ever increasing problem! The health costs of diabetes runs into the billions. I saw an ad on TV for a Type 2 Diabetes drug. The side effects were numerous and some of the side effects were dangerous. This is a disease that can be mitigated or even prevented by simple lifestyle choices. This includes losing weight/weight control, exercise, eating healthy and not smoking.
