Recent findings have found that hand soap may be more effective then antibacterial gel. I am "old school," I will walk the extra 50 steps to use hot water and soap rather then the gel when I leave the gym. It is the very last exercise I do. Gel has it's place; I keep a bottle in my car to use when I finish pumping gas or whenever hot water and soap are not available.
