Not as hard as it sounds! As a matter of fact it is quite easy. Not really!  The answer: eat the suggested "serving size" ! Here are some of the "serving size" that I must contend with: 1/2 cup of ice cream. Who does that? I surely don't, it's more like 3 cups; 3 tbls of egg whites in the AM, more like 12 tbls; 6 saltine crackers with my lentil soup, more like 12-15 crackers. The lentil soup lists 2 servings per can, its the whole can for me; 7 fries, more like 15! Eating healthy is not difficult if you put your mind to it and to use the knowledge and common sense we hopefully acquired over 60 years plus. A treat once in a while is fine. The battle for me is "serving size" and portion control.
