As mentioned in an earlier post I said that I take a vitamin - mineral supplement. Since then it has been reported that vitamin - mineral supplements may be of little benefit and possibly a waste of money. They may well be. I will continue to take them regardless of the reports. When I was younger I took a  B Complex, a vitamin E, a vitamin C and a multi mineral, each containing large doses. Today it is one pill containing much smaller doses. I also take a fish, flax, borage oil supplement every other day and a C Q10 for my heart. Although I feel that I eat healthy I may be missing something especially Vitamin D because my time in the sun is limited.
