My knee is actually feeling better, meaning, less discomfort! My meniscus tear possibly has healed to some extent due to self induced physical therapy! A series of exercises mentioned in a previous post where I do not go beyond thirty degrees! I opted to delay meniscus surgery, continue my exercises and I received a cortisone injection this am to reduce inflammation! I fully realize that cortisone is not a problem solver! I have basically a wait and see approach!
